- Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags/labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned (unless defective or faulty):
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
- Intimate/health-related items (e.g., supplements, cosmetics).
